The Steelers defense was slashed for 122 yards by Mark Ingram and got only one sack on Drew Brees. Brees threw for 257 yards and 5 touchdowns. The Steelers offense had a great game from Le’Veon Bell who rushed for 95 yards and achieving his first 1,000 yards rushing season, plus had 168 yards catching the ball. Ben Roethlisberger threw the ball 435 yards and two touchdown passes to Antonio Brown. He also threw two interceptions and both of them set up two Saints touchdowns. The Steelers offense settled for 3 field goals from Shaun Suisham, but you can’t win games like that. The Steelers lost 35 to 32 to the New Orleans Saints and fall to 7 and 5. They have cut back on making mistakes next week against the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium with kickoff at 1:00 P.M.
