Matt Murray was fighting the puck during the second period and during one of the tv time-out Head Coach Mike Sullivan told Marc Andre Fleury to stay ready. There were no goals in the second period, but both goalies made some big saves in the period. Sidney Crosby played on a line with Evgeni Malkin trying to the spark the offense.
In the third period, both teams had their chances with each goalie making critical saves. Connor Sheary started out with the top line but wound up benched by Coach Sullivan.
