It was a day of missed opportunities for the Pittsburgh Steelers in a 27-16 loss to the New England Patriots. It was not converting two Patriots turnovers into points. It was not making key defensive stops. It was not stopping LeGarrette Blount who had over 100 yards rushing and two touchdowns. It was kicking a 54-yard field goal instead of going for it on 4th and 2. Chris Boswell missed two field goals and you can’t miss opportunities against the Patriots. Too many points were left on the field today and games are lost in the NFL because of it. After the bye week, the Steelers go to M&T Bank to take on the Baltimore Ravens on November 6th with the kickoff at 1:00 P.M.
