2017 Stanley Cup Final Game 2 Vs Nashville Predators

The Penguins had a better start than game one, but Nashville scored the first goal when Pontus Aberg scored on the wrap around.    Under 4 minutes later Jake Guentzel tied the game at 1.  The first period ended up tied at 1, and there was no scoring in the second period.  Both goalies were outstanding in the second period and there was some penalties that were called, but there were several penalties that should be called.  Then 10 seconds into the third period, Guentzel scored his second goal to give the Penguins a 2 to 1 lead.  Over 3 minutes later Scott Wilson would score a on shot that redirected into the net to increase the lead to 3-1.   Then 15 seconds later Evgeni Malkin would score to increase the lead to 4-1.   Pekka Rinne would be replaced in-goal by Juuse Sarios.   The Predators would take penalties later in the game.   The reason was to send a message to the Penguins, but it didn’t work.   The Penguins won 4-1 and take a 2 games to none series lead to Nashville.   Game 3 will be on Saturday night at Bridgestone Arena with the face off time at 8:00 P.M.
